RDO strengthens global sales team amid growing demand for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

RDO today announces it has strengthened its global sales team, with the appointment of a specialist Head of Sales to help meet growing demand in ODR.

Sebastian Jenks was most recently Head of Commercial at Resolver Group, after spending the last 7 years’ advancing within the legal technology sector in various management roles. Having most notably been involved in the creation of the longest-standing public ODR system in the world at the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, Sebastian has since been involved in commercialising a number of ODR products throughout the world.

In this newly-created role, Sebastian will work with RDO’s teams in the United States, India and Australia to take their new ODR platform to market.

RDO has been focused on growing its ODR proposition, having announced a number of big contracts in 2021 off the back of fundamental shifts in the way institutions deliver justice, with the Covid-19 pandemic exacerbating the demand for online justice.
