The collaboration will connect RDO’s cutting-edge dispute resolution technology with Journal Technologies' world class case management platform, providing a pathway for Journal Technologies' clients to offer online dispute resolution services to their constituents via a seamless, user-friendly experience for parties involved in a dispute.
